How to submit an objection ?

According to Article 10. of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette 19/2022), we inform consumers that any objections about the quality of our services can be submitted exclusively in writing, by e-mail to: travelmoments365@gmail.com or by mail to the address: Travel Moments, vl. Ante Jelaska, Iločka 12, 21000 Split, within eight (8) days after the end of the service. We undertake to respond to the consumer's complaint within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your complaint to the address you indicate in the complaint as your address. Objection in the title must have the word "OBJECTION" highlighted.

 According to a special regulation of the European Union, from February 15, 2016, is possible to resolve disputes related to online purchases throughout the EU through the ODR platform, which you can access via the link

This means that if you encounter a problem during an online purchase within the EU, you can submit your complaint in a faster and simpler way at the above link. The platform can be used by both traders and consumers, and complaints can be submitted in any of the official languages of the EU.
